Counter service only; delicious burgers, nice huge spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff; great outdoor picnic like setting. I'm sure their variety of beers are excellent!!
Everything was great. Unique food options like halloumi cheese. It was fun to watch the little kids in the yard share a new toy brought by one of the moms.
Was in town and the menu looked good so made the trip over. The food was amazing and a few of the sandwiches seem to rotate weekly. It's good to see a brewery with a nice touch of culinary mixed in (compared to just reg burgers and pizza). Def will be a stop when back in town
The Southern Growl always has a great charm to it and the food is a big part of that charm. The food is fresh, hot, uses local ingredients. It is consistently great every time we go in. They even can help you match one of their outstanding draft beers with the food you order. Another plus are the employees - many of been there for years. Now that says something about The Southern Growl. Oh and they are part of the Brewmiceter Hops Hunt and have a mouse hidden in the brewery.
We had the best time, as always! Excellent beer, ambiance, and food! Just a great, fun place to hang with the whole family! Love it!
Have I really not ever left a review here? Whoops! What can I say... this place holds a special place in my heart. Great beer, great people, great food, great vibes, and without it existing I may have never met Josh. While I may be a bit biased, he has always made our experiences at the Growl a welcoming and fun time since the very beginning!
Enjoyed my recent visit to Southern Growl. The brewery is huge with an an amazing outdoor area and tasting room. They have a great selection of beer options and knowledgeable brewtenders. I'll have to come back to try the food.
As always great service & beer. Super bbq dog too! Lots of fans to keep us cool. Hazy enjoyed the yard.
Excellent BrewPub serving delicious pub grub, happy hour specials and a wide selection of craft beer. We ordered and took our beer outside and sat at one of the open picnic tables. Very nice space and very relax atmosphere. I had a Belgium Quad and ate the BadAss Burger with a side of onion rings which was awesome. Inside is also spacious with Big Screen TVs all around. Great pub to eat and drink and hang with friends.
